Submit a client listing

1. Create a Realtor profile (invitation-controlled).
2. Submit a listing URL and confirm property facts.
3. Select opportunity types (rental, value-add, rent-to-own, and more).
4. JV Match runs the same scoring estimates used elsewhere.
5. Relevant users may express interest; you receive qualified leads.

Listings are not automatically labeled as good investments. Full submission fields and lead tooling ship in later marketplace phases — Phase 1 provides the entry path and workspace shells.
